What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I change or cancel my order?

SCALE suspension will require a restocking fee from 20 to 40% on all cancellations on custom builds or out-of-stock items orders. These fees will vary based on the time since the order has been placed, where the manufacturing process is already, and if customization/rush productions have been launched. Restocking fees on cancellations are applied from the next working day after the order have been placed. A custom build is anything requires valving change, custom shock length, custom springs, extreme low version and custom colors.

Products

Do you offer warranties on your products?

SCALE Suspension provide a 2 year limited warranty to the original purchaser that cover and ensure the product will be free from defects in workmanship and material when properly used on the application they have been designed for, under normal operating conditions. Failure, under normal use and proper maintenance and adjustment as suggest by SCALE in the instruction guide are covered under certain conditions. Customer should be able to give accurate diagnostic and proof of the exact failure (pictures, videos or report from a certified workshop) or SCALE Suspension may require to have the parts returned for inspection and repair. Replacement parts and rebuild labors are covered but on-car replacement or installation labor and shipping fees are covered by the customer except for certain situations at SCALE Suspension discretion. In the eventuality customer gave enough information and proof so we can confirm the failure with no further investigation, SCALE suspension reserve the right of sending the part at no charge if no return are requested or charge a deposit that will be refunded in full or partially once the faulty part is returned.

Why does my kit have a build time?

With our coilovers, we like to make sure the coilovers are the exact kit you are needing for your vehicle.

Our standard build time is 1-3 weeks. At times it might be quicker or slightly longer based on the demand and parts availability at that moment.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We ship anywhere in the world. For the most accurate pricing on shipping, please add your coilovers to the cart and fill out your info to get a shipping quote on your suspension.

Duties may have to be paid upon arrival. We do not cover the charge of duties fees.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order through the Shop App or login to your account.
Once the order ships you will receive an email with tracking as well.
