Really good reliable set this is my second set the first one I got used and beat them on the track for 5 years straight before they gave out with daily driving and at that it was a massive pot hole that took them out they were amazing now ive got a swift spring package brand new and im never going back i highly recommend to anyone looking especially for Mazda Speed 6

First thing first, I emailed the company before purchase to let them know I have a 2020 Durango R/T and wanted to make sure everything was right before I purchased.

The reason for the 2 stars is that modifications had to be made for them to fit, as in permanent, two stud holes in the front top mount had to be drilled because the studs were very large and would not fit, if I had known that I would not have purchased, but since the shop had the rear already installed and front was disassembled because that wasn’t noticeable I would have been out labor either way, emailed company wondering why that would be but no response, could be a holiday there or getting ignored have no clue just being transparent.

The only reason it’s not a one star is because the build quality seems nice, and the company did send me new stud nuts for the front top mounts because 3 where wrong during arrival, I question longevity but will report back after 6 months.

Rides great with the upgraded springs

Phenomenal. That's really all there is to say. Clearly well built. Each coilovers is a piece of art and I'm impressed with the build quality. Time will tell on the strut life, but with how these are assembled and function I do not doubt they'll last. The strut working distance does not change regardless of your ride height with how these are put together. Even my $4k Ohlins coilovers don't have that benefit. Absolutely will be a return customer.

Finally got the coilovers installed. All went well as far as the installation. The fitment could have been better for the rear coil springs but not too bad.
I still continue to adjust/ dial in the adjustments on the left side front and rear coilovers as they are slightly lower than the passenger side.

The coilovers are great but communicatio, support, and marketing of the product isn't. its very difficult to get an answer out of them, emails, phone calls, and voice mails often do not get answered even when its clear I am trying to buy something. For most questions it took several tries to get an answer, sometimes I gave up.

They sent the wrong part(s) maybe because of miscommunication or misunderstanding, but after lots of effort they eventually sent less wrong parts. It took a few weeks to get the answers I needed to buy, then over a month after paying to get the coil overs, then about another month to get the correct parts, now its been a few weeks trying to get another answer... All in, its been since spring trying to get the project done.

Their website doesn't describe important details, which wouldn't be that bad if they would answer questions. Thats unfortunate cause the product is actually way better than the website makes it look.

All that said, the product and price might be worth all the negatives.

Package never showed up. UPS lost it can’t really give a review on something that never arrived. *** UPDATE. Scale sent out a new kit. Installation was easy however there is a bit of wiring but even that is simple. Took just a little over an hour to install and now more fault codes! One thing I will probably change is getting some metal bands to secure in the rear. I would hate to have those zip ties break and then have that heavy resistor clunking around in the rear wheel. However I highly recommend these!!

Plugged right into my gen 1 Audi R8. No lights or issues after install.

Great quality product backed by an awesome team. Always there to answer and help out with questions needed as well. The suspension kit was as described and zero complaints. I did the middle option and it lowered the gen 1 R8 perfectly. I highly recommend the swift spring upgrade as well.

overall I’m very happy with the product and the experience.

The suspension itself feels very high quality. Everything arrived as expected, and I ordered mine with the upgraded Swift springs and stainless hardware. From the packaging to the components, the setup felt well-built and solid.

The installation went pretty well overall. The main downside is that the instructions could use some refinement. They were a bit vague in certain areas, so I had to use my car’s factory service manual to help guide me through removing the OEM suspension and installing the new parts correctly. For someone with less mechanical experience, clearer instructions would definitely help.

The other issue I ran into was that my front coilovers were mislabeled. The left front was labeled right front, and the right front was labeled left front. That caused some confusion and added extra time during the install. Once I figured it out, everything went together, but that was definitely something that could have been avoided.

That said, the customer service was excellent. Before ordering, I had a lot of questions, and even after the coilovers arrived, I had several technical questions during the install process. The sales team and tech support were very responsive, often getting back to me within an hour. That made a big difference and gave me more confidence throughout the process. thanks Josh!!

Overall, I’m impressed with the quality of the suspension and the support from Scale. My only real feedback would be to improve the installation instructions and double-check labeling before shipping. Other than that, it was a very positive experience, and I’m excited to continue dialing in the setup.

Customer service helped me quickly in figuring out what part was defective on my coilover based on my description and in recommending the correct replacement part!

Excellent Quality, Functionality and Looks

The coilover installation was relatively easy for someone with just a surface level understanding of suspension components.

However, when the fronts got here the stickers letting you know which one was for the left and which one for the right were swapped. I also lost my stickers instantly (which is of my own fault,) but when I emailed asking for possible replacements I got no reply.

All of the negative out of the way, on a good note. I took a gamble on rather these would fit or not, a 1700 dollar gamble. Id say it was worth every cent. Yes, the ride handles a little bumpier than OEM, but thats just coils. These let me stick to the ground at speeds up to 80 on some of the turns I take when before 70 would be the cap.

The instructions could be refined, typos and all. However, they do a very good job explaining what's what.

All in all, I enjoyed my purchase for the most part. I'm sure you will too.
